Consultation
The initial in-home consultation is a 15-30 minute visit. This is a time for Lisa to walk through the space with the client and discuss their needs in person. She will be able to give you an idea of time needed and cost, as well as answer any questions during this visit. The fee for the consultation is $25.
Payments Accepted are: Cash, Check, PayPal or Venmo.
Scheduling
Generally, Lisa will be able to schedule a consultation within a week or two from the client's initial inquiry. Working days can be scheduled as early as a day or two after the consultation, up to as far out as 2-3 weeks.
There is a 3-hour minimum booking requirement per working visit, and a 6-hour maximum. 4-5 hours is the usual recommended length of time (if possible within our schedules).

Cancellation Policy
There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. Anything short will be billed at 50% of the scheduled time.
